fmcg

The FMCG foods, cosmetics and household goods make up to 75% of Enterprise Amadou Coulibaly distribution.

We give adequate attention and care for all brands that we currently represent and hope to represent in the future.

We carefully select brands we work with by studying the market and observing its needs before setting off to look for new suppliers. We are proud to say that all our partners are happy to work with us.

Products in the category sell quickly at relatively affordable prices and we are very successful in this segment.

high-end & professional cosmetics products

We have established key accounts in luxury shopping malls and centers and work with them for our high-end brands.

For our more premium products, our preferred sales channels are usually shops located in the Malls and high-end shopping centers.

There has been an economic burst in Africa in the last few years which accommodates the potential of niche products on our markets.

We currently supply relaxers, texturizers, hair creams (petroleum jelly), hair gels and salon accessories like brushes, combs, salon aprons and capes, spray bottles, hair rollers and clips to salons across our territories.

Our market is in high need of top quality cosmetic products in the haircare and skincare industry. This is a big deal on our market right now. There are sporadic imports of premium hair and skincare brands but it is not always certain that consumers will find them in store when needed. Our aim is to make premium brands available locally to the salons, spa and beauty centers, cosmetic stores, drug stores.

We have also established luxury accounts and intend working with them for our future premium brands. We supply more than 250 A & B class salons within our territories.

Our aim is to carry more branded professional haircare and skincare brands that are not currently present but are with great potential within our territories. We intend to grow these brands steadily through proper marketing & education programs in order to make them market leaders.

medical

Our Aim at Enterprise Amadou Coulibaly, is not only to be the best distributors in Mali and neighbouring countries, but to give back to the community as much as we can.

We have entered the healthcare system as it is lacking good supplies and support.

With this mindset, we became one of the biggest distributors in medical supplies, supplying many hospitals with disposables at very affordable prices.

We work to distribute different medical materials and equipment to local hospitals, clinics and dispensaries.

Among the products we distribute are disposables such as gloves, syringes, scissors, masks, gowns, surgical knives, bandages, gauze tapes, etc.

The local healthcare system is organized into different tiers. The top tier comprises of hospitals which provide the best healthcare in the region. They often have advanced facilities, however, even at these hospitals, there are many issues with overcrowding, lack of up-to-date equipment and insufficient medical supplies.

The other tiers in the healthcare system include research institutions as well as regional hospitals. The regional hospitals may also have some advanced facilities, but, generally, still lack equipment, supplies, and medicine.

With all these being stated, our goal is to contribute in improving the healthcare system by providing high quality, affordable medical supplies to the local healthcare organizations.

commodities

Apart from distributing the above mentioned, we encourage local producers to come forward to partner with us.

We believe in building our own Malian brands through empowering local producers, so that we may grow our sales network and business exporting the products to neighboring countries.

These products include Cashew Nuts, Gum Arabic, Gum Karaya and Sesame.

We take promoting our own local production and brands very seriously and we support strongly local producers, as well as provide transportation to assist them to bring their products to us.

We also import and distribute in Mali commodities such as rice, sugar and vat dye. We distribute goods from local manufacturers such as Sodima and Sotraco and also work with distributors from Ivory Coast and South Africa.
